Teams

Every single account is assigned to one dedicated team and that team has a limit on the number of accounts it manages. By assigning a dedicated team, the govalid associates are able to better tailor the recommendations and workload to your needs as they continually touch your website on a regular basis. Each team is comprised of four team members:

Compliance Specialist: Our compliance specialist is a well rounded digital marketing specialist who focuses on the difficult tasks such as accessibility repairs, seo recommendations and such.
Software Developer: Our software developers are looking for ways to improve your codebase, recommend repairs to technical seo and highlight major obstacles.
Customer Support: This person is your go to point of contact. They are responsible for coordinating monthly meetings, fielding emails/tickets, and helping to run various tools.
Project Coordinator: Our coordinators are skilled at running our projects many different processes that keep our platform running smoothly for you. They ensure reports and tasks are entered into the platform & sync with internal employees on upcoming deadlines.

Floaters & Specialists

In addition to the dedicated teams we have floaters. These associates move between teams to provide specific assistance for a team such as user experience surveys, graphic designers, and other specialised team members. Certain consultants can even be called in during your monthly meeting.

Testers: These are our paid third party testers who are located all over the world using various devices & operating systems. They help us test the sites for very specific purposes providing you with unique insights and tasks.
